Community Support Services

Community support services are provided for those who choose Ngati Porou Hauora as their preferred provider.

This service provides home-help and personal cares to those with Disabilities, Personal Health, ACC and also those with Palliative support needs.

Disability supports are assessed by Life Unlimited (Under 65) and Tairawhiti NASC Team (Over 65).

Personal Health is assessed by NPH RHN's.

Community Support services also cater for Supported Independent Living

This allows for those old and young who are able to survive in the community with some supports in place to do so.
